A great steak, a great sauce a great side and great technique. Get over here and learn to grill like a pro bring your favorite squeeze. Bring a friend and lets just grill and have fun!

Fresh Cheese Workshop $75.00

Tuesday, Aug 17th, at 6:00PM

We introduced fresh cheese-making to Reno 2 years ago & we wowed Chef Charlie Palmer with our Fresh Ricotta at the Backyard Brawl. I trained at 3 Shepherds in the Mad River Valley in Vermont. We won’t be making bathtub cheese. We will be making and tasting beautiful cheeses.
