House Rules
A Credit Card Reservation for classes is required. We prefer Cash or Checks!
All classes are subject of rescheduling or cancellation by Back of the House.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your reservation we understand. However hard cost are incurred in preparation for youR participation.
- If you cancel your reservation for a class or workshop 7 days in advance you are entitled to a full credit on your house account.
- If you cancel your class or workshop 48 hour prior to the class or workshop NO refunds will be given.
- You may send someone in your place and you are entitled to a copy of the recipes.
Classes
Demonstration Classes are two hours in length. $45.00 per person. You will receive samples of all the recipes demonstrated. Copies of the recipes will be provided. Wine is available at $5.00 per glass plus tax.
Hands-on Classes are two and a half hours in lengthy. $65.00 per person*. Three recipes are generally taught and students dine in our private dining room or out on our private patio. *The French Chef Series: $75.00, *Seafood classes will have a supplement.
Beer & Wine Pairing Classes $55.00 per person and include a flight of Wines or Beers & delicious small plates of food.
Workshops, Boot Camps & House Events have a separate pricing structure.

Couples Classes are $125.00 per couples and are loads of fun! 2 glasses of wine are included.

Family Classes
Young Chefs Children’s Cooking Classes are $45-65.00 per class
for children ages 7-15.
Playdate in the Kitchen: for Tots ages 2-6 are $45.00 for a parent & child
Children's Parties
Children’s Birthday Parties are $350.00 plus a $50.00 cleaning fee for up to 8 children. Additional guests are $35.00 each up to 12 guests per party
Party Theme Choices: Parties are 2 hours in length. Reservations are required. Lemonade is served. Every party includes a class in Decorating Cupcakes, Cotton Candy Making, Movie Popcorn Popping & Karaoke. Guests decorate 4 cupcakes. The Birthday Child decorates their own personal cake.
A Taste of Mexico: Cheese Quesadilla, Salsa & Guacamole
A Taste of Italy: Personal Pan Pizza, fresh tomato sauce, pepperoni & cheese.
A Taste of Japan: California Sushi Rolls and Candy Sushi Rolls the star here.*
*In this party the birthday child decorates a cupcake for each of the guest to eat at the party. Guest will make Dessert Sushi Rolls.
Private Events, Cooking Classes & Parties
- Private One on One Cooking Lesson is available. Cost is $100.00 per hour, minimum 3 hours.
- Private Luncheons begin at $25.00 per person. Wine is extra, 12-people required.
- A private cooking class is $600.00 for up to 8 guests. Additional Guests $65.00 each.
- Private Cocktail parties begin at $35.00 per person. Minimum is 24 people. Beer & wine are extra. Please call us for menu suggestions.
- Private Dinner parties begin at $65.00 per person 12 people required.
